What a thrill this is indeed!
I couldn't have achieved this honor without the help and support of those who voted for me. Of course, I intend to bring my running mate Amanda on a nationwide victory tour just as soon as our Barbara Walters interview sessions have concluded and our bejeweled tiaras are fitted.
For today, however, know that I share this moment with all of you, the lovers of the Tomketeers. Together, we have made such strides! Scaled such heights! Lived our very dreams! I say with 100 percent certainty that 2012 will be filled with Tomketeer-worthy words and deeds from all of you. And I look forward to crowning my successor. But not sharing the tiara.
